Love it with my sourdough instead.
My girl disagrees with the recipe and says to soak overnight. She might be right, it didn’t absorb well doing it by the book with my bread

just tried it again yesterday… i think since i’m not using brioche, we should add butter to the mix. it’s working really well with sourdough though, soaked overnight.
