Got some in a CSA box. No idea what to do with them other than eat like dates. Anybody have experience using these? Substitute for dried in Korean recipes?
Eat while fresh, or allow them to dry out and then use them in sweet Asian sticky rice dishes or congee. The water content in the fresh ones would probably preclude their substitution for dried jujubes in any recipe.
