Love their frozen custard, love it even more with their Italian ice (aka the “Sorbet Chill”). Put them together and you have what they call the “Sorbet Cream.” Clever.

Tried the following:

  • Taro sorbet and vanilla custard = Chinese Taro Coconut Milk dessert

  • Pineapple sorbet and vanilla custard = Pina Colada

Will need to go back and try other flavors, but it’s nice to have a good Italian Ice place as the weather heats up.

My favorite is the Bomb Pop sorbet cream - cherry ice, lemon ice, blue raspberry ice with a single layer of vanilla custard…I think two layers of custard is too much. They also make an excellent sour gummy worm flavor mixing a bunch of the Italian ices.
