I roughly follow this recipe but use jar roasted peppers from TJ and works well.

Do you prep the octopus in any way and about how long do you grill it. I like the idea of the jarred peppers. Thanks.

Boil then season with salt, pepper and paprika with olive oil. I grill it over super high heat over hardwood charcoal for about 3 min each side to get some char on it. Hope this helps.
