The story still says he reportedly died of complications from COVID-19 so I’ll amend or remove if that turns out to be incorrect.

This is the first victim I’ve heard of whose name I recognize. We just saw him in episode 202 of “Ugly Delicious” and I remember how he came off as such a great person on “Top Chef Masters”.
