A few years back, I had an amazing meal at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in January…dead of winter in Hudson Valley. Which inspires me to nominate the prominent veg of that lunch…

If you’re not feeling up to doing this anymore, and no one wants to take it over, don’t force yourself to run this. It’s OK.
