So it seems that the problem is that most of these
places (Mizutani, Yoshitake) accept for a party of 4 max and have a specific rule against booking 2 separate parties of 3 and 2.

Seems like the only reason Sushi Sho Yotsuya isnât 3* is that he refused the guide. Even better is that they are open for lunch also.
Secured Sushisho Masa. Hope we can get Yotsuya. Looks like they are very traditional and do a lot of marinating and curing. There is even one of a 10 day air cured tuna.
