Well it’s been a banquet only facility since last December.

That sign implies that they did have dim sum at one point.

I saw that sign when I went to use the bank in the same mall - it was a Saturday and I took it to mean they were sold out of dim sum that day. Not that they weren’t serving dim sum anymore. Weekend dim sum is the only thing that ever fills up the empress - I’d be really surprised if they stopped serving it.
