Pretty quite roll out for ‘Japanese cuisine goodwill ambassador David Schlosser’

Prices look pretty reasonable to start probably worth a try at that price

I checked background, based on one chef from ny& 1 chef from l.a. The l.a. location doesn’t have good reviews. the owner is of earthbar (I think) near san vicente frontrunners. There are already good restaurants on the “other side.” You can draw your own conclusions.
