Prices look pretty reasonable to start probably worth a try at that price

I checked background, based on one chef from ny& 1 chef from l.a. The l.a. location doesnā€™t have good reviews. the owner is of earthbar (I think) near san vicente frontrunners. There are already good restaurants on the ā€œother side.ā€ You can draw your own conclusions.
