ISO advice on storing non-perishable food in an RV

I looked on RV sites and pretty much all they say against it is beware of rodents. But I’m talking about condiments, spices, that sort of thing. I’d think high temps would trash the flavors of most (maybe not salt) and hot AND freezing temps might not be so good for ‘wet’ items, i.e., oils, vinegars, hot sauces, etc. I bought a few of these at Ikea the other day and plan to store things like the above in them in the pantry and then easy to carry out to the RV. Any comments/opinions. TIA.
