Gjusta usually has some amazing Oil Cured Sardines in their excellent Smoked Seafood case.

Probably not on the menu every day, but people have posted about sardines at Antico, Chi Spacca, Guerilla Tacos, Gwen, Hatchet Hall, Majordomo, Mozza, Orsa + Winston, Otafuku, Petrossian, The Rooster, and Sari Sari.
