Just had brunch here over the weekend. Cool little spot that’s a “pop up” inside of Sundara.
Jake & Eggs bills itself as an organic, locally-sourced brunch spot.
We had the kimchi fried rice, which comes with kimchi, fried egg, sweet and spicy bacon, and sriracha sauce. Very good rendition of the dish. Rice was not dry, and the egg was cooked to order (which, for me, meant over easy).
Sweet potato hash was also very good. The addition of the poblanos added a nice dimension to the dish, offsetting the sweetness of the potato.
James Coffee on brew, as well as sangrias and mimosa.
