I’m surprised this lasted as long as it did. It’s illegal to sell most food from an unlicensed kitchen, and you can’t get a license for a kitchen in a residential neighborhood. It’s kind of as if Uber were hiring unlicensed drivers.
It’ll be interesting to see how their proposed legislation does in Sacramento. This is fundamentally a great idea.
