An addition of my own: X.A. Noodle Cafe just opened in the massive strip mall across the street from Mt. SAC. Went by today and got a beef noodle soup that was pretty good, though I’m not actually sure if that’s their main specialty. I think it merits more research by more knowledgeable than me.
