This Korean documentary TV series has been running for around 20 years. It focuses on random families and gives you a surprisingly intimate look at their homes and lives. While not focused on food per se, I think every episode has scenes of cooking and eating, and some of the subjects are farmers or run restaurants.
I used to see it on a local San Francisco broadcast channel that had KBS programming part of the time. I’m not sure if it’s on any streaming services but there seem to be a lot of episodes on YouTube.
