Picked up some fancy matcha from Kettl recently. Perfect for a Saturday afternoon high tea. I’ve never actually had any ‘good’ matcha, just the regular run-of-the-mill offering in supermarkets.
This Shirakawa Asahi matcha is off the charts! Mild astringency and buttery flavor profile. Just look at the gorgeous crema and color! Wonderful… another rabbit hole to explore 
Their matcha chocolates are insane too. Finished the entire bar in one seating. I’ll have to return to check out the ice cream produced for them by Il Laboratorio del Gelato
