haha sure sure. he called it the sushi club so i was intrigued.
P: it’s a nice, cute sushi place. The chef is very genuine and nice and tries very hard to make the best food he can, and he is doing everything by himself, which is remarkable.
W: if I only post favorable reviews what credibility would I have?

I doubt it was was acrimonious. Nan is still giving Yasu-san insta-love.
Just went. Loved it. Sanma and nodoguro were superb. Having nearly given up on omakase on the westside, this could be my go-to spot. Already booked my next visit

Mondays, you say? Now I’m thinking I would rather have first-rate sushi than white tablecloth dining. Do you think Yasu-San would object if we brought champagne? Always happy to pay corkage fees.
Not at all. Corkage there is $50 per 750mL bottle.
