KyoChon Korean fried chicken in Asia

KyoChon is a a Korean chain that has several branches in Phnom Penh. Three of us had the whole chicken set which included fries, salad, and two fountain drinks, but not water. With the aid of a sharp cleaver and a heavy handed chef they manage to turn a very small chicken into 24 tiny boney pieces. The only dressing available for the salad tasted as if it had been made with strawberry jam. If this was representative of Korean Fried Chicken none of my usual haunts, House of Soul in Vallejo, Dulan’s in Inglewood, nor KFC anywhere have anything to worry about.
