Hey all,

I’m doing a short doc series on food places around the world. We’re down in LA next weekend and looking to film a local spot. There are so many amazing places in LA it’s difficult to pick, so I thought I’d ask here.

Any recommendations? Friends that work/own any restaurants that would be interested?

I’d be interested in seeing the Cream Pan operation in Tustin…cream pan, strawberry croissant, azuki buns…lots of options for you to film or just film it all. Everything is reasonably priced and tastes delicious.

There is probably no more iconic place with a history that is fantastic than Dan Tana’s. Plus Mike (Bartender), Arturo (Headwaiter), Nino (Chef) and Christian (Host) who were there for it all (or most of it) are still there.
