LASA-LA @ Unit 120 Chinatown

Yay Lasa! Good for them!

Went here last night and the food is still solid. They now have a beer and wine license so this gives them a better chance to do happy hours and after 10pm happy hours. Menu for those said happy hours will be small bites and more adventurous things that they will offer and try out.

Their whole fried pompano is tops!

Any other notable dishes from their spring menu? I haven’t been for it, yet.

Also, not that this is a competition, but I find Lasa so much better than Ma’am Sir.

Oh oh. So BYOB is dead I guess. Was only a matter of time.

Didn’t really like drinking my nice wines from their earthenware

The dishes I had were ones I’ve had before, the octopus was the only one I wanted to try but didn’t get a chance to. Next time!

Pivoting.

oh damn that’s nice.

Thought it was sorta strange that there’s no mention of Chad Valencia here. I hope he’s just taking a bit of a breather.
