wow…can i get my $$ back?
I’m going to Angler SF very soon. Will inquire who will be the interim Sergio at Saison. Unless they are trying to figure out their near future next project and roll out time frame. I assume the kitchen will still operate and 2nd in command will have to step up to be interim Sergio (unless someone else has been named as the replacement)…
He seems to bounce around a lot. Can’t seem to hold a position long term.
Nobody seems to know for sure but there is internal speculation and expectation that the OG Sergio will fill the gap in the interim. That would be their wisest move if that is true.
