This is some seriously good ice cream.
Chocolate stout sounds weird, if not gross, but it works, as the malty nature of the stout (even without the alcohol) provides a nice background to the chocolate.
And the pistachio ice cream has as strong and balanced (i.e., not too sweet) pistachio flavor as the best gelato versions.
It’s a nice pit stop after Duende.
