Darn…missed this earlier. Portsmouth, Rusty Monk, and the Bottle Room are not open for lunch. Bizarra Capital is and so is Phlight. Bizarra Capital has some great Mexican offerings…I love the ceviche and all of the taco offerings…the flan is also delicious and the bar program there is good. Phlight is a gastropub-tapas restaurant that has a fusion lunch menu…they only have wine and beer…and sangria.
