We were at the Sunday Jack London Square farmers market so on impulse had lunch at Lungomare. Got a window table with a view (it was drizzly so nobody was sitting outside). The manager warned us they were shorthanded and the service was a little slow, but we were in no hurry and had no significant problems.
Platter of housemade charcuterie was OK but I wouldn’t order it again. Pizza with bacon, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and burrata and bucatini with pork and beef ragu were both very good.
Pinot Grigio on tap was quite good. If they serve the same wine as part of their $30 “wine-down” Sunday evening special, that might be a great deal.
