Yup. Was incredibly underwhelmed. Ordered the short rib, and it was the fattiest, chewiest, least melt in your mouth short rib I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. My girlfriend ordered it as well, so it wasn’t an issue specific to my order. I even mentioned something to the waiter, which I rarely do, as it was just unfathomably bad. Went to Craft soon after and was reminded of how short rib should be done. Ordered an appetizer or two which were fine but unremarkable. Mojito was quite good, but so filled with ice and mint that there was barely any drink in the glass.
