Went for lunch a while back, but they have a very limited menu then, so def recommend dinner. I made dinner reservations and reserved two orders of their premium salted tongue at same time. Wasn’t going to go tongueless again! 
It reminded us of this place we ate at in Tokyo years ago, where they cooked over hay. Very smokey. Had a great meal! The tongue was fantastic!! This was double order. We devoured it. Even husband raved about it.
The yuzu pork cheek was another double order! (the pic is only single order) Fantastic flavor!
We got wagyu rib eye, which I thought was okay, but husband really liked. Also got a prime short rib, which I also thought was good, but not outstanding like the tongue and cheek.
Hot sauce.
We also ordered yuzu intestine, which we both liked. We ordered a la carte, which means you got nothing with the order, not even rice. Next time I might order one of the dinner specials and add on to it, as opposed to order all a la carte.
