Seems like opening day is April 5 and they release reservations 30 days in advance. Good luck everybody.
that’s how it is set up to make the nice (and small) butter curl down below. That big mound of butter is for the restaurant for the whole night not for one guest.
i think they may just be establishing their 30 day rolling window for now. i think reservations for march should open up on 3/9.
@aaqjr is right, that’s for the entire restaurant. it’s in the perfect shape for the server to take a spoon, and starting from the bottom, scrape up a single curl of butter for your brioche course.
