Maple Block - this is VERY hard to believe...but true

We grabbed to go on a Wednesday night (1 1/2 weeks ago?). Brisket on the fatty side, ribs and chicken. While I give them high marks on flavor and smoke, the brisket was on the dry side. Also, MB needs to train to counter staff how to cut brisket. I got these cuts about 3/4 inches thick - too thick to eat like that but too thin to cut into thinner slices. The ribs had a nice bite - not fall off the bone (my kids like it that way - I don’t) and nice flavor/smoke. The chicken was on the dry side but not totally dry - tasted good as well. Forgot to mention we got wings - my wife’s current obsession - not worthy of a repeat according to her.

If they are oblivious to burnt ends, some schooling is in order.

Bull the smoked wings at bar food on Wilshire not bad for ur better half. Large beer and whiskey selection

I was severely disappointed in the brisket the last time I was there.

And the previous few times it was beyond fucking exceptional.
