Warrior: Mazal is an Israeli restaurant that, like Majordomo, is located in some inexplicable place between Highland Park and downtown. It has a nice patio and average (but tasty and healthy) Israeli food. I like Mizlala more, but I would eat at Mazal any time.
Peony: I think your experience here really depends on what you expect. The food here was fine, but I find it more of a “home cooked” style. I generally hope for an elevated experience in a restaurant, so this is not the restaurant for me.
