I finally succumbed and bought a microwave a few months ago. It lives in my pantry/laundry room over the laundry sink. It is a no frills Emerson and I think it was $79. It has become handy.
I have a HUGE Samsung MW/convection so any time I ‘need’ a second oven, I have this. Alan Barnes made the suggestion and it worked out great. In my pantry.
