Was on my way to the new Alhambra branch of O’Young Rocks on Valley Blvd, when I pulled up and saw to my horror (since I had yet to eat there) it was gone . I hate it when that happens. The new restaurant there is already open, called Hunan Fire and Spice. Meanwhile a few miles east on Garvey Ave. in Rosemead, Sunshine Seafood Palace has replaced The Sun City Seafood. Dim sun on carts, mostly old favorites, but a few different things like the ground pork noodle roll and baked almond tea.

Yes but I wanted the Alhambra location since I had eaten at the six previous Chinese restaurants that had occupied that location.
