Does the New York Times do star ratings for restaurants in California? I didn’t see one for this Critic Review.

I was wondering if it changed since Tejal took over the California reviews. It looks like Tejal is not issuing stars, her last review was Amacita and that didn’t have a star rating either.
Some recent reviews end with
Because of the pandemic, restaurants are not being given star ratings.
