Wait, is this happening tomorrow or at some undefined point in the future? I’m interested (but also a bit flaky…), and tomorrow would be tough (but look forward to pics from people going tomorrow).
The som tum sounds wonderful.
On another note, the Los Angeles Magazine article mentions Lacha Somtum which apparently specializes in som tum. Anyone been? I could live on only som tum.
I’m had mixed experiences at Lacha. When they first opened they made some of the best som tum I’ve had, but later visits… just weren’t as tasty. It felt like they made things sweeter too.
Haven’t been in years though so I don’t know how they are now
