There was no shortage of year-end lists in 2020 or 2021.
And they were questionable down to the core. So many restaurants were working in/out of a pandemic mode it is hard to fathom how the critics derived accurate ratings…
Only matters of fact can be inaccurate. End-of-year restaurant listicles are.opinion. I’m sure all the businesses on those lists were grateful for the publicity.
Are there restaurants that are NOT ethnic? We all have an ethnicity.
