Otus Coffee Bar - Thai - La Brea & Fountain

We were staying nearby so tried this great little place for breakfast. Superior ingredients and precise cooking.

Excelent fish cakes.

“Mrs. Dang crispy rice on fire” is what I know as rice-ball salad from Laotian places. Excellent version, superior ingredients, notably very fresh and tender lemongrass.

Pork skewers with somtum and sticky rice. Very good though paled compared with the crispy rice.

My friend wanted to try this. I think it’s hilarious that someone would import club soda.

Good breakfast, too. This is the Kai Kata, egg with sausage and ground chicken. With juice and baguette, it’s $8.

[/quote]Probably for the look of the bottle. Us customers are suckers for the authentic touch.

Gosh the Thais have such good product labeling. Thats why you see the Chang tee shirts everywhere, cuz that logo is so cool!
