Out & About in San Diego

I spoke to soon @DiningDiva! We did make it and as you can see by that trompo the adobada was extremely good!! No quesabirria was tried though.

@DiningDiva posted on my trip under Ensenada eats and new topic Ensenada restaurants (which I can’t find unless I search for it, oh well). You have probably been to Muelle3, Casa Marcelo and Dona Esthela (Valle) but if not these were highlights that you might enjoy. Both CM and DE both make their own wonderful cheeses. And I gotta confess I’ve never understood why people love chilaquiles, that is until I had the ones at DE, such a simple dish just blew me away!

That adobada pic is killing me…i want to drive down just to gorge on those tacos!
