Oven-baked ribs

(I thought I had posted about this but can’t find it so excuse if this is redundant.)

These are ridiculously good but most importantly easy. Done low and slow with some BBQ sauce basting. We don’t even bother with doing on the grill any more.

Very nice. They look straight off the grill, but juicy, fatty and not dry. I like oven baked for another reason - you can smother them in sauce.

These get basted every 45 minutes and really are like having been done on the grill.

Just “gilded the lily.” LOL. When done the sauce was still pretty wet so I put them back in on broil for five minutes. Will do THAT from now on. We agree that, for us, there’s no other way.

Mistakenly bought St. Louis style spare ribs. Fixed them the same way and they were just as terrific.
