I assume you’ve had the paella from Doña Juana La Española in Harbor city. Or is it Lomita?
I just want to give a shout out to the paella at El Coraloense. It is officially a Mexican seafood restaurant, I think Sinaloa style. However they had how cuckoo trained in Spain and they have won competitions and placed in paella competitions internationally

Yes, it was pretty good, but I liked Savory Roads better. If I was going to Loquita, I’d prefer to order other items instead. More Pane con Tomate vs paella. I’d probably stuff my face with more Pane Con Tomate.
