Hot tip: they will sub shrimp balls in a lot of the meat dishes, including Khao Soi. I know it’s weird but some of my pescatarian friends swear by that at Pailin.

Just went last night, larb tod on point as always. Chinese broccoli a new find for me, unusually delicate compared to the Ruen Pair’s of the world. And true to form as soon as we walked in around 8 they flipped the sign to closed and turned off the neon
