Does anyone know of a food truck that serves Porchetta on a roll like you find at marketplaces in Italy? Anywhere in the greater LA area? Or even a restaurant?
Gjusta’s porchetta melt ain’t half-bad.
The Kroft (locations in Anaheim and Irvine) put it in sandwiches and throw it on top of fries for poutine.
If by “ain’t half-bad” you mean “delicious!!!” then you’re correct.
