Bob’s having a bit of a delicate stomach right now so I’m trying to keep it a bit on the blander side. Made a little pan sauce with the drippings, lemon juice and white wine. Egg noodles and green peas. Boring? Nah, comforting. Doing a bone-in, skin-on chicken breast tonight with those “crash hot” potatoes and sauteed spinach, mushrooms, grape tomatoes and onion.
