Porto's Buena Park

Agreed. The recipe has changed with their expansion. The filling is looser too. It used to be drier. Just like the ham croquettes (i know i keep harping on these). Changed the recipe from a smooth paste to a chunky paste. Not the same.

But the cheese rolls and raspberry kisses seem unchanged. So i still buy those dozens at a time.

Olives and even raisins are pretty traditional in cuban picadillo (the filling of the potato balls)

I went this weekend. Ordered some stuff to take to a party. Skipped the line outside by saying I had a pre-order. Walked in and out within minutes at around 8:30AM.
