Who goes to Mina or Puck places anyway?
I just went to Puck at Hotel Bel Air a few weeks ago. Chef Puck himself was on the line(!) and came out to greet guests later in the evening, his usual ebullient self. The food was noticeably better when Sergio works the kitchen.

He’s the king of touching tables. Never seen another Sergio work FOH like he does.
