…non pasteurized milk. You got all of your equipment ready. You’re prepared your rennet and acid. You allocated time and prepared pizza dough in advance for the fresh mozzarella. The finally homemade fresh cheese for your own pizza…… do make sure to not use the C vs the F setting on your thermometer
