Recap of Rosio Sanchez pop up. Dinner was just ok. I was hoping to see some interesting Noma techniques being applied to traditional Mexican cuisine like what they did in Tulum.
Enjoyed Taco Maria and Broken Spanish dinners in LA a lot more.
