Had dinner at the rooftop. Spectacular views and outstanding service on a Saturday night. Food was disappointing. Tried a special hot dog that was all bread. Fries were good. Lobster burger was ok. Drinks were tiny. Prices were obscene. Far better value (though not the scene) and food (though nothing spectacular) across at the rooftop cafe at the Four Seasons. Would not return to the Waldorf for dinner. Maybe a drink just for the view.
