The default FAQ that comes with Discourse seems quite good to me:

If anyone thinks it could be improved, let me know.

I haven’t gotten around to updating the Terms of Service but my intent is that posters will retain copyright to their own posts (the Discourse default is Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License).
