That comment made me miss @linus. So thought I’d share a few gems.

in my case, i went to a restaurant that served sushi, and ate it. it tasted very good to me, so i read about other sushi restaurants, and went to them. i ordered some sushi, or had them choose for me. i ate the food, and then paid for it. lather, rinse, repeat.

if i’m at a “good” sushi joint, i just…do nothing, except
pop the piece handed to me in my mouth. the ginger i occasionally wolf between bites.

i kinda don’t understand the whole “intimidating” thing about sushi bar in general. what are they going to do, slice your throat? yell at you? hell, be polite, and you’ll be treated politely back.

But I can’t help it. Sushi has kind of turned into a hobby for me.
