And since we are talking al fresco, I drove by Stinking Rose and it appears the best steak in town can be had dining al fresco with a parking lot view of La Cienaga!

Roze No Yukidoke. Very beautiful rose sake from Ryujin brewery. It’s fruity, yet dry and crisp and not too sweet.
This Rose Junmai Daiginjo is way more difficult to make than regular Junmai Daiginjo!

This bottle is super fun to try, available at Shunji and actually recommended by yours truly to the beverage team there :sweat_smile:. It’s a sake brewed with naturally occurring red yeast, and drinks like a [sparkling] rose! Whether the bottle has light fine effervescence will depend on your luck. A flan made with uni is a wonderful pairing with this, for example.

(Gotta love these distributor preview window oddball prices but don’t show up when you click on it…)
