Pete’s sausage is ground fine almost like a hotdog. Some don’t like that. But I have friends who travel miles, because they can only make their jambalaya or whatever with Pete’s sausage. I live close, but have only been once. It’s cool. You line up and order thru a small storefront window on Jefferson, like it’s drugs, except it’s sausage.
